✅ What is Nutrition Assessment – What’s Included
Our Nutrition Assessment is a structured and personalized process designed to help you understand your body, lifestyle habits, and nutritional needs better. Here’s what you can expect:
Step-by-step process:
Body Composition Analysis (BCA)
For clients in Delhi, we do a BCA (Body Composition Analysis) Scan at our center to understand body fat percentage, muscle mass, and other key metrics.
For clients outside Delhi, you can upload a BCA report from a local provider or skip this step if not available.
3-Day Diet Recall Form
You have to fill your typical diet over three days — including meals, snacks, portion sizes, and timing — so we can assess your eating patterns.
First Nutrition Call
In a one-on-one video call, we discuss your lifestyle, diet recall, and BCA findings (if available). Based on this, we guide you and suggest improvements.
Blood Test Recommendations (If Required)
If needed, we suggest blood tests to check for deficiencies or other health markers. These tests help in tailoring your nutrition Assessment.
Final Report Sharing Call
After reviewing your diet and test results, we will share an analysis report with personalized recommendations to improve your health and fitness.
Reports & Deliverables:
For the Premium Assessment, we provide a comprehensive 8–10 page report with a complete breakdown of your energy requirements, macronutrients, micronutrients, supplement recommendations, and other personalized insights.
For the 1-Session Consult, you will receive a concise 2-page summary report outlining our top recommendations for habit building. This report focuses on practical guidance and will not include quantitative details about your current intake.
Note:- Assessment doesn't contains the Meal Plan
