By signing this application, you agree to abide by the rules of the event set forth by Southern Arts and Events LLC and Westchase Town Center, Raining Berries, management, its directors, family members, agents, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any responsibilities, or claim to injuries suffered by vendor participants, family members and guests, travel to the place of the event, during the event, and travel from the event, personal property damages and/or items lost or stolen before, during and after the event held on the date you have agreed to participate.

Annual Administrative Fee (Required)

Annual Administrative Fee This is a one-time annual fee paid once per calendar year, not per event. It covers administrative processing, vendor records, communication, and event coordination. Vendors who have already paid the annual administrative fee do not pay it again for additional events within the same year. Booth fees are paid separately for each event.
