As a condition of my membership with Outdoor Adventure Kids and as a condition of my participation in any of the activities organized by this program, I hereby agree as follows:

I acknowledge that my participation in Outdoor Adventure Kids will include outdoor adventure-based activities such as, hiking, fishing, swimming, animal exposure or contact with animals, fire-building, whittling & pocket knives, cooking, scrambling, caving, climbing, running, walking, sledding and team sports, all of which entail risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand and acknowledge that outdoor activities may be physically and emotionally demanding and may include activities in rugged and difficult terrain in all types of weather, without immediate access to emergency medical services. I understand that the risks listed above are not exclusive of all possible risks inherent to these outdoor activities, and agree that the above list in no way limits the extent or reach of this Agreement. I also understand that fitness and recreation activities involve a risk of injury, and acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment with knowledge of the dangers involved. I freely and voluntarily assume all risks of injury or death associated with my participation in any of the Outdoor Adventure Kids activities and in doing so, I understand that I will be solely responsible for any loss, injury or damage I may sustain. Furthermore, I have the sole responsibility for my personal possessions before, during and after the program.

I understand that I have no legal obligation to assist other participants, and that neither my fellow participants nor any other member or guest of Outdoor Adventure Kids, including any of the Released Parties, has any legal obligation to render assistance to me. I hereby release, waive and discharge any of the Released Parties who administers first aid, with or without first aid training, from liability for any loss, damages or personal injury whatsoever which I may suffer as a result of such efforts on my behalf. I further understand that participation in activities can expose the named participant to risk and possible injuries and I hereby consent to receive medical treatment, including transportation to a doctor or hospital, which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and/or illness during this activity.

To the extent that statute and case law allows for waivers of liability regarding ordinary negligence, I, my spouse, children, heirs, administrators, representatives and estate hereby release Outdoor Adventure Kids, its affiliates, Directors, officers, employees, contractors, management, volunteers, instructors, insurance carriers, agents, successors and assigns (the "Releasees") from any and all claims arising from the negligence of Releasees or participation in the event. Furthermore, I, my spouse, heirs, administrators and representatives, release, indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees for any personal injury to Participant, damage to personal property of Participant or others, mental anguish of Participant, their spouse, or family, wrongful death of Participant, claims brought by others arising from Participant's conduct during participation in the program, and other legal claims that occur in association with Outdoor Adventure Kids. or participation in the program. The indemnification extends to any court costs, legal fees, attorney fees and administrative costs associated with the claims.

I, as the parent or guardian of a person under 21 years of age, in consideration of allowing the below named minor participant to participate in the activities described in the foregoing release, I, the undersigned parent or guardian, execute this release on the minor's behalf and additionally agree on my individual behalf to indemnify and hold harmless Outdoor Adventure Kids LLC, its Directors, officers, employees, contractors, management, volunteers, agents, instructors, insurance carriers, or assistants, or their representatives, successors, assigns, heirs, personal representatives, administrators and executors and each of them from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees and expenses) they may incur due to the minor's participation in such activities.
