Please keep in mind the following Company Policies when auditioning:
Those who are selected will be expected to pay a $130 participation fee per individual which covers insurance, costumes, make up, rehearsals, lunch between one of the afternoon and evening performances, digital stage photos, digital historical video, and digital on-stage artistic video. Payment is required prior to the first rehearsal. Make-up kits will be $35 and purchased separately as needed (if you already have the required kit from a past CVCB performance, you do not need to purchase it). One kit may be sufficient for more than one family member. Individual costume photos will be $35 and paid directly to the photographer. Show apparel will be offered directly through the vendor, more information to come.
Cast members are expected to attend all rehearsals. Acceptance is a commitment. Every dancer’s attendance is critical to performance success. One absence will be allowed but not preferred. The absence must be approved by the Associate Director at least two weeks in advance, and cannot be during the last two weeks of rehearsal or during tech week.
If a cast member has an unexcused absence, he or she should expect to be dismissed from the cast. Please do not accept the opportunity to perform as part of the Public Cast if you cannot commit to all rehearsals.
Please note that Labor Day and Fall Break are already scheduled off. Please see the anticipated rehearsal schedule below but take note specific rehearsal times will be posted on the Company website and it is each dancer’s responsibility to check the schedule regularly.

Parent volunteer support is critical to the success of our performances. Parents will be given many opportunities to participate and support the performance. There are also many times that parents are not permitted, including closed studio and theatre rehearsals. If parents do not hold a backstage pass, they will not be permitted to attend rehearsals.
