By registering for the Blossom Life by Design program, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms: Full payment is required before the program starts. No refunds will be inssued once payment has been made.

2. Program Cancellation: If the program is cancelled due to the unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.

3. Participant Cancellation: If a participant cancels their registration, no refunds will be issued.

4. Intellectual Property: All program materials are the intellectual property of Blossom Springs Coaching Services or Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

5. Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of the program discussion and materials.

6. Blossom Springs Coaching Services is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by participants during or as a result of the program.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
