*The completion of this form does not guarantee admittance for the 2025-26 semester of the Te'Hillah School of Urban Ministry. All registrants must submit their non-refundable tuition deposit (registration fee) of $50 before being allowed to participate in any class sessions, and to receive credit for the semester. Upon the submission of the tuition deposit, the student assumes all responsibility for the tuition balance they incur. All tution fee's are expected to be payed in full by December 16, 2025 unless otherwise stated. A fee of 10% will be added to balances not paid by the 16th of December.
