Prep4Birth™ is for pregnant women of all fitness levels. An evidence-based class for home, birth center, or hospital births. We cover topics like labor positions, pain relief techniques, labor room use with a birth ball/ peanut ball, exercises, and stretches tailored for pregnant women as well as tips on postpartum recovery. This class will aim to strengthen muscles used during labor, improve flexibility, and reduce pain. Guided by Chelsea Russell, a certified Perinatal Nutritionist, Instructor, Doula, and Mother; passionate about promoting positive birth experiences.
