By signing this form you understand that during your participation in this pageant the directors and all officiates of this pageant are not responsible for accidents, injuries or other incidents during your participation. This includes property owners of the venue located at 3124 Tyre Bridge Road Patterson GA. You understand that no refunds will be given unless the pageant is cancelled. You may move funds to another future pageant with 48 hours notice before the pageant day. Judges scores are final. No bad sportsmanship is allowed, this will lead to disqualification of the contestant and you will be asked to leave without refund. You are responsible for the supervisor of your children during the pageant, and you agree not to hold the director accountable for your child during your attendance.
