Tentative Conference Outline

Conference Dates are April 30th – May 3rd, 2025’

Location:

Great Wolf Lodge (Webster, Tx.) Near Nasa Rd 1

Dates & Schedule:

Resort Check-In Begins (4pm)
(Meet & Greet 5-7pm)
Conferees, Host & Hostess, Volunteers, H-Town Celebrities & Sports Figures

May 1st,

Recreation, Activities, Outlet Mall Shopping, Q&A Roundtable
*On this first full day we have scheduled relaxation and many ways to unwind before we start the Conference this night @ 7pm.
Beginning on this morning we have scheduled a day of choices for you to choose from (Fishing, Bowling, Mall Outlet Shopping, and a 18 hole Golf Tournament).

All located nearby Great Wolf Lodge.

Each Activity Has a Different Start Time

Also, from about 1-2:30pm there will be a Biblical Q&A Roundtable Discussion located in one of our breakout rooms for anyone who would like to attend. No Dress Code (Open Forum)

At 7pm this night we will officially open the S3 Conference with a Dinner Meal and Opening Message from our Conference Host (Pastor Mike W. Boston, Sr.).

May 2nd,

After Continental Breakfast we will begin our Breakout Sessions that will last until around 3:30pm

(with lunch included).

In Addition, on this night @ 7pm our church has decided to recognize my 40 Years of Preaching the Gospel with a Special Program and Dinner.

(Pastor Roderick Webster).

May 3rd,

On this Final Half Day we will have Continental Breakfast, and one large breakout session with all participants, a brief break, and a closeout message by the host (Pastor Mike W. Boston, Sr.), to drive home the message of our ministry and ministering always as servants (from the Senior Pastor to the Parking Lot Attendees in our churches).

*The Conference will end between 11-11:30am so that our conferees who have to travel by car or airplane, can return home on Saturday so that they will not have to miss Sunday in their own churches.
