Hope Wins Animal Rescue Cat Foster Application

Hope Wins (HW) is an all-volunteer, non-profit, grassroots animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive complete medical care, which includes worming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping prior to their adoption. Foster homes will be provided with all necessary supplies for the pet (food, toys, litterbox, water bowls, etc.).

This questionnaire is designed to help HW and yourself determine if a specific cat is the right one for you and your household. All parties are required to complete this form prior to fostering. Hope Wins reserves the right to deny any fosters based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to foster intake!

Fostering from Hope Wins Animal Rescue requires meeting your prospective kitten or cat with a HWAR representative. In the event that my application is accepted, I agree and consent to this final step in the approval process. I understand that if HWAR or the potential foster(s) feels the cat or kitten is not a good fit, the foster intake will not be approved and finalized. I understand that in the circumstance that I am no longer able to care for my foster cat, I will directly contact Hope Wins Animal Rescue Corp. and return the new cat to HWAR. Under no circumstance will I give the cat to another friend or family member, without them completing the full foster/adoption form required by Hope Wins Animal Rescue Corp.
