8.45 am Arrival

9:30 am Kick off

4pm Conclusion (Approximatley - TBC based on Team Entries).

FV & SACCSS - Premier Schools Football Cup – GRAND FINALS - GIRLS & BOYS - TBC once number of team enries are confirmed

TEAM ENTRIES

The event is open to Schools Senior Football Teams (predominatley students in Year 11 & Year 12) who are the winners of their SACCSS associations Football Competition for both Girls & Boys.

Associations that wish to enter a school, but will not know their competing teams until closer to the date of competition are encouraged to enter the team via this form and note TBC with your association name.

We are aiming to have all associations take part. There are 12 entry positions for the Boys competition & 12 for the Girls available.

As we have added an extra day this year for the Grand Finals the team entry fees for 2025, have slightly increased to $350 - $400 + GST per team  (Which is to be confirmed) Payment details will be sent to competing teams/ associations upon entry.

Please note there will not be any additional fee for teams that progress to the Grand Final day.

The JotForm can be filled out by the School or Association contact, however one (1) form is required per team entry.

COMPETITION STRUCTURE

We will have 2 categories of Competition:

• Senior Girls (predominatley Year 11 & 12)
• Senior Boys (predominatley Year 11 & 12)
   

Based on the number of Team entries for each Competition, schools will be split into a pool for the group stages.

School Teams will play each team in their pool within the group stages.

Based on the results achieved, the 2 highest finishing teams (one from each pool) will progress to the Semi Final to determine the Grand Final participants for the FV & SACCSS - 2025 Premier Schools Boys & Girls Fottball Cups.

The number and size of Pools is going to be based on the number of Team entries for each Competition.

We will ask teams to arrive by 8:45am for check in and warm up with first matches commencing from 9:30am. The groups stages will be completed by 2:30pm.

Teams that advance to the Semi Final should note this will commence for both Boys & Girls at 2:40pm with the day concluded by 3:30pm.

As above, the Boys & Girls Grand Final teams will advance to a seperate day where they will play a full match as a Grand Final. The date for the grand final is still to be confirmed.

*Please note times are just a guide at this stage and will change depending on the number of team entries. 

GAME FORMATS

Each match will be played over 2 equal halves of approx 15 min (subject to change) with a short half time break.
