If the loan is approved, the customer must get independent legal advice before signing the loan agreement. We can connect them with ila.co.uk, who offer this service for £300. Or, the customer can choose their own solicitor. Please confirm which option the customer prefers.

Please confirm if the customer wants to add the £300 independent legal advice fee to their loan. If they do, Ampla will pay the solicitor directly, and the £300 will be added to the loan. This amount will not have any interest added, and the customer will repay it as part of the total loan balance.
