By placing a Black Dream Duffel Pre-Order you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Your payment will be processed at the time your Pre-Order is placed
2. Your Pre-Order will entitle you to the specific size ordered - if you would like to modify the size duffel you've pre-ordered, you must cancel your pre-order and place a NEW pre-order for the correct size
3. Current Delivery ETA is June 2026 but is subject to change. *note: due to the ongoing conflict abroad, international shipping is highly unpredictable - we ask for your flexibility as we navigate this trying time.
4. Black Dream Duffel Pre-Orders are not eligible for any promotions/discounts that may occur between the time your Pre-Order is placed, and delivery of your Duffel.
5. If at any time prior to shipping you'd like to cancel your Pre-Order, you may do so by emailing our Customer Service team at info@dreamduffel.com - at which time a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
6. All Terms and Conditions agreed to at the time of purchase are also in full force - this agreement does not negate or replace them.
