JOB DESCRIPTION: 
We’re looking for an enthusiastic event coordinator + server that’s passionate about supporting creative spirits and small business, as well as enhancing the Heirloom Haul experience! This rock star will help our restaurant and support our organizational growth through events and exceptional hospitality. Applicants must be a “can-do” leader, have exceptional organizational skills, an effective communicator, big on company culture and be excited to deliver on our restaurant goals and event objectives.
 
DAILY JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Positively represent Heirloom Haul and produce elevated experiences
• Developing and implementing event plans and concepts
• Meet and exceed event sales objectives
• Strong partnership with General Manager to support event needs
• Developing event feedback and post-event recaps
• Plan and execute the logistics of events from start to finish
• Plan and execute catering events

• Initiate authentic client connections post-event to ensure client satisfaction
• Embody and represent the company culture while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Maintain customer communication
• Assist on all aspects of the restaurant, acting as barista and server when events are not scheduled
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and set up to resolve any problems that may arise
• Quick problem-solver
• Proficient in Square and Microsoft 365
