Prescott College Sustainability Council
Before applying, please review:

The Sustainability Fund is a modest funding pool. Most projects receive a few hundred dollars; however, projects under the priority list are eligible to receive more funds. We DO NOT fund personal stipends, salaries, tuition, items for personal use, publication expenses, or conference expenses if not presenting research.

6. Describe any potential barriers you may encounter while completing your project or event. Please provide a contingency plan that explains how you will overcome these barriers (e.g. What if a critical item gets delivered two weeks late or is no longer available? What if an in-person event is canceled due to health risks? What if a community partner decides not to support or join the project/event?)*
7. Have you received approval from all impacted stakeholders to proceed with this project? Please provide evidence (e.g., an email or letter of support) from impacted stakeholders supporting the development of the project (as needed). For example, if the project alters campus infrastructure, an approval from the Facilities Manager or campus Space Committee is required.

8. Have you received funding from other sources and, if so, how much (Student Union Board, Club Budgets, etc.)? You are highly encouraged to apply to multiple funding sources in case the Sustainability Council cannot meet the project’s full funding amount.*

Accepted proposals are required to have a component of reciprocity, which may take the form of a presentation, workshop, blog post, or other engagement that directly benefits the Prescott College community. Please describe the outcome you will provide if your proposal receives funding from the Sustainability Council.*
This form will be submitted to the Sustainability Council at sustainability@prescott.edu. You will be notified via email whether your project received funding.
