7. Have you received approval from all impacted stakeholders to proceed with this project? Please provide evidence (e.g., an email or letter of support) from impacted stakeholders supporting the development of the project (as needed). For example, if the project alters campus infrastructure, an approval from the Facilities Manager or campus Space Committee is required.

This form will be submitted to the Sustainability Council at sustainability@prescott.edu. You will be notified by email when the Sustainability Council would like to find a time to meet with you to discuss your project.
