CONTRACT
This Travel Contract (the “Contract”) is made and entered into on {todaysDate}, by and between DWAA Connect (“Company”) and {name} (“Traveler”).
Booking
1.1. The Traveler agrees to book their trip to Accra, Ghana in December of {yearOf} by completing the booking form and making the necessary payments as outlined in this Contract.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any booking at its discretion.
2. Payment
2.1. The total cost for the Accra, Ghana trip is $3300 per Traveler.
2.2 The full balance of $3300 is required before all accomodations can be arranged for Traveler.
3. Refund
3.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Company.
3.2. Refunds will be processed as follows:
Requests made more than 90 days before departure: 80% refund
Requests made between 60-89 days before departure: 50% refund
Requests made between 30-59 days before departure: No refund
Requests made less than 30 days before departure: No refund
4. Boarding
4.1. The Company will arrange accommodations for the Traveler in accordance with the preferences specified in the booking form (to be issued after payment).
4.2. Accommodations will include hotel stays as outlined in the itinerary, with options for single, double, or twin rooms.
4.3. The Traveler must inform the Company of any dietary restrictions or special accommodation needs at the time of booking.
5. Itinerary
5.1. The Company will provide a detailed itinerary for the Accra, Ghana trip, including scheduled activities, tours, and events.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or other factors beyond the Company’s control.
5.3. Any significant changes to the itinerary will be communicated to the Traveler as soon as possible.
6. Travel Insurance
6.1. The Traveler is strongly advised to obtain travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and other unforeseen events.
6.2. The Company is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Traveler due to lack of insurance coverage.
7. Visa and Vaccination
7.1. The Traveler is responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and vaccinations required for travel to Accra, Ghana.
7.2. The Company will provide guidance on visa requirements and recommended vaccinations but is not responsible for the Traveler’s compliance.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1. The Traveler agrees to adhere to local customs, laws, and regulations while in Accra, Ghana.
8.2. The Traveler is expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner at all times during the trip.
8.3. The Company reserves the right to remove any Traveler from the trip who fails to comply with the code of conduct, without refund.
9. Liability
9.1. The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Traveler during the trip, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the Company’s negligence.
9.2. The Traveler agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the trip.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be resolved through mediation.
10.2. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with New York State laws and regulations.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Traveler and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
11.2. Any amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
