OUR TERMS AND DISCLOSURES - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- Fee must be paid to secure your space (DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS).
- Space will remain available or offered to the next on the list until payments are received.
- NO REFUNDS / NO RESCHEDULES FOR HOLIDAY EVENTS / NO EXCEPTIONS
- Event promotion is required. (We monitor and re-post, not promoting will effect future bookings)
- Booth sharing is not allowed.
- BE ON TIME & PREPARED
- You must stay for the entire event (packing up and leaving early will effect future bookings)
- You are responsible for reporting all your own SALES TAX.
- A copy of your Sales Tax Certificate should be available if needed.
- NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL
NOTE: An Approval does not confirm your space, payment confirms your space.
We do not hold spaces.
In order to continue to provide and produce successful and organized events, we must be firm with our policies. We ask that any issues or concerns be communicated immediately so that we can plan accordingly.
