TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking and participating in our school workshops. By booking a workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Workshop Content and Changes
2.1 Urban Motion reserves the right to modify the workshop content as necessary.
2.2 Changes to the workshop schedule or content will be communicated to the school in advance.
3. Health and Safety
3.1 All participants must adhere to the health and safety guidelines provided by Urban Motion.
3.2 Schools are responsible for ensuring that all participants have any necessary medical clearances and that Urban Motion is informed of any relevant medical conditions.
3.3 Urban Motion reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with safety guidelines.
4. Liability.
4.1 Urban Motion is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the workshop, except where it arises from the negligence of Urban Motion.
5. Photography and Media.
5.1 By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the school grants Urban Motion permission to take photographs or video recordings of students during workshops, provided that the school has obtained prior consent from the students' parents or guardians.
5.2 The school is responsible for distributing Urban Motion consent forms to parents, collecting the signed forms, and returning them to Urban Motion where necessary.
5.3 If any student is not permitted to be photographed or recorded, the school must inform Urban Motion prior to the workshops.
5.4 Photographs and videos taken during the workshops may be used by Urban Motion for promotional purposes.
6. Intellectual Property.
6.1 All workshop materials provided by Urban Motion are the intellectual property of Urban Motion and are for use within the workshop only.
6.2 Reproduction or distribution of workshop materials without permission is prohibited.
7. Conduct.
7.1 All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and other participants.
7.2 Urban Motion reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or behaves inappropriately.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 Urban Motion is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, and no other party will have a right to terminate this Agreement in such circumstances.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Urban Motion operates.
9.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Acceptance of Terms
