  • Non Profit orginazations are welcome to provide a carnival game, activity, or service during the fair FREE of charge.

  • Intending to be legally bound, Vendor agrees as follows:

     

    1.  The Site fee must be paid in full at the time of Application.The Site fee is for 2 days, September 20-21, 2024. Set up must be complete by 4pm on 09/20/2024 and removal complete no later than 8 am on 09/22/2024. If Vendor fails to leave site in the same condition as it was at the commencement of the event or to tear down in a timely manner, Vendor shall be liable for all clean up and other costs incurred. 

    2. The Site is subject to final determination by Miller County Fair Assoc. and non-transferable.   

    3. Vendor shall accept full responsibility for the assigned site and further indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miller County Fair Assoc., its volunteers, representatives, and agents from and against any and all damages, claims, or losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which arise out of or relate to Vendor’s use of the site and attendance at the event.

    4. Any disputes arising pursuant to this agreement shall be subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Arkansas and heard by the state or federal court having jurisdiction over Miller County Ar.

    5. Vendor shall follow all rules and regulations of the event and the Miller County Fair Grounds,as may be effect from time to time. 

    6. Miller County Fair Assoc. does not permit gifts, cash, goods or services to be given to anyone involved with the event in exchange for special treatment, favors, or conditions.

    7. While Vendor trailers or motor homes are permitted on rental sites for an additional fee, no tent camping shall be permitted during the event.

    8. Generators are permitted (electricity is Limited).

    9. All applications are subject to verification of the provided information.  Vendor space is limited.

    10. Retail Vendors will recieve 2 gate passes. Food Vendors will recieve 4 gate passes.

    Your completed application should completed via jot form.

    Please include the applicable site fee and sales tax information  The fee may be paid by check or credit card via paypal.  If you use your credit card, you will be subject to the applicable service charge (2.75%). Upon payment of the application, we shall have an agreement.  Thereafter, a confirmation & other information will be provided to you.  If Vendor cancels the agreement Vendor shall pay an administrative fee of $20 and be refunded the balance of monies paid.  

    All monies shall be due at the time of registration and there shall be no refunds as of September 1st 2024.

    Miller County Fair Assoc. reserves the right to deny access to the event if the applicant fails to provide accurate information and everything requested herein, or for other reasonable cause.
