Spring Valley Commemorative Brick Form

Thanks for your interest in a Commemorative Brick in Spring Valley. We will only offer a small amount of double bricks per ordering period. Bricks will be ordered in Spring (cut off will be March 30th) and Fall (cut off will be August 30th.) Your bricks will be installed once they arrive. We will utilize the space at City Hall first, and then utilize the new Mini Park expansion area for commemorative bricks.

Each line can contain up to 21 characters (characters are letters, numbers. punctuation marks, or spaces,) though a limit of 18 characters is recommended. We will make all engravements in Capital Letters for consistency.
