Q1: What happens when you change the "Target Income", “Conversion %” or “Avg API per App” in the API Tracker?
*
You must click “Save” to store the new values.
The values are automatically saved and used for future entries.
The values are only saved after you submit a weekly entry.
The values are saved only at the end of the calendar year.
Q2: Where does the API Tracker get the “Target Income” figure from?
*
It looks up the latest value from your Weekly API entries.
It calculates it automatically based on last year’s income.
It retrieves it from your Quarterly Review files.
It pulls it from the previous year’s target income summary.
Q3: What does the “Target Ramp” line on the performance graph represent?
*
Your cumulative actual income lodged each week.
The number of applications you submitted each week.
The projected income you need to achieve, spread evenly over 52 weeks.
The percentage of applications converted to sales each week.
Q4: How can you edit a previous week’s API entry?
*
Double-click on the entry in the graph.
Change the week-ended date and enter new API, then click “Submit This Week.”
Click “Edit” next to the entry in the Previous Weeks table, adjust the API, and click “Update Entry.”
Contact IT to request the entry be changed.
