Every three years we have the right to renegotiate a new contract to improve wages, benefits and working conditions. Frontline grocery store workers are the heart of our Union, and we need to hear from you.  
 
As we plan for the upcoming contract cycle with the employer, our union bargaining team wants to understand the problems grocery store workers are facing at work and how, together we can fight for a better contract and better workplace.
