Entries recieved after the entry deadline of Monday at 12:00 midnight will be charged at $75 late fee until cattle are ordered Thursday 9:00 am. Late entries after cattle are ordered will be accepted on a discretionary basis with late fee by show management based on cattle availability.

Show entrants scratching, for any reason, after 6:00 PM Wednesday the week of the show are responsible to pay cattle and office fees. Show entrants scratching, for any reason, after 6:00 PM Thursday the week of the show are responsible to pay all entry fees. Add-backs and points from entries scratched after 6:00 PM Thursday will be included in the payout and point calculations. These fees must be paid prior to the next show date or they will not be considered a member in good standing.
