  • 1. Complete the application.

    2. Attach copies of the drawings, plans and material specifications. (These items should be part of thequote provided to you by the contractor

    3. Attach copies of the Certificate of Insurance and Business License of the contractor performing the work. (The Association must be named as the Certificate Holder and as "Additional Insured"

    4. A "Construction Improvement Security Deposit" in the amount of $250 must be attached for all the following:
    a. Kitchen Remolding
    b. Bathroom Remolding
    c. All tile removal and installation
    d. Drywall / Sheetrock replacement
    e. Painting

    5. All flooring in 2nd floor units must be approved and inspected for sound proofing by the property manager.

    6. All workmen including carpet cleaners, handymen and appliance repairmen must have liability insurance to work on the property. The unit owner is responsible to obtain proof before allowing any work to begin.

    7. The property manager and directors of the association reserve the right to ask any worker to leave the property if proper documentation has not been submitted to the office prior to work commencing. Law enforcement will be called is necessary.

    3. All deposits and fees must be received prior to commencing work. All payments can be made at the property management office.

  • *I/ We hereby make application to Manor Grove Village One, Inc. for the above described item to be approved in writing.
    * I / We understand and acknowledge that approval must be granted before work on the unit may commence and that if the modification / installation is done without approval, the Association may force the removal of the modification/installation and subsequent restoration to original form at.
    *I / We understand and acknowledge that contractors are responsible for removal of all debris as a result of improvements. No demolition or construction debris may be put in the dumpsters unless approved by the property manager.
    *I / We understand that any damage done to the common elements or expenses incurred by the Association as a result of this modification will be deducted from my security deposit. Damages in excess of $250 will be attached to the unit for payment.

  • If you do it here, you clean it up!! The rocked areas next to the entrance ways are not to be used to dispose of dirty water or paint, This includes cleaning brushes, rollers and pans.
