Upon the close of applications, we will conduct a review of each applicant including the suitability of products and let you know your outcome.

Stall Options
Please note all sites are undercover and do not require a marquee. Battery lighting is encouraged but we have worked to ensure lighting is improved from last year.

As this is a 2 day event items can be left onsite so no need to bump in/out twice. Items left on site are at your own risk

All fees are for the full event and inclusive of GST

All stalls are 2 meters deep.

Site 1: 2m (deep) x 2m (wide) - you must supply your own table/s, rack/s and equipment. All sites are non powered.
Site 2: 2m (deep) x 3m (wide) - you must supply your own table/s, rack/s and equipment. All sites are non powered.
Site 3: 2m (deep) x 2m (wide) Corner Stall - you must supply your own table/s, rack/s and equipment. All sites are non-powered. we have a limited amount of these stalls.
