    D&E is seeking a dynamic and experienced DEI Consultant to join our team. The DEI Consultant will be crucial in supporting our clients in developing, implementing, and advancing their DE&I strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DE&I principles, a strong background in consulting, and the ability to drive meaningful change within organizations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients to assess their current DE&I landscape and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive DE&I strategies, programs, and initiatives tailored to client needs.
    • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on DE&I best practices, policies, and procedures.
    • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations on DE&I topics to educate and engage client stakeholders.
    • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of DE&I initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Stay current on industry trends and emerging best practices in DE&I to ensure our clients receive the most relevant and effective support.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner in their DE&I journey.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in DE&I consulting, preferably focusing on Fortune 500 companies.
    • Deep understanding of DE&I principles, challenges, and opportunities in a corporate setting.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
    • Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and committed to making a positive impact.
    • Experience in leadership development and organizational change management is a plus.
