D&E is currently searching for a Project Manager! The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closure of client projects for Diverse & Engaged (D&E). This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specific needs of our clients. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with internal teams (consultants, instructional designers) and external clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with consultants and clients to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, and communication strategies.
- Manage project budgets and track project expenses.
Assign tasks and manage team workloads to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress through regular meetings and reports.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure all project deliverables meet D&E's high standards.
- Track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and status reports.
- Close out projects on time and within budget, ensuring all deliverables are complete and approved by the client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, project management) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the consulting or training industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work independently while remaining a team player.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Workday).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the DE&I field.
- Experience managing learning and development projects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of DE&I best practices.
