Private Party Request Form
For a private party there is a contract when booking. A $100 deposit is required to secure your date/time. The $100 deposit can be applied to the hostess’ purchase the day of the party! We ask that you have a minimum of 10 guests, or 10 hats to be sold Please provide at least 3 dates & times you are interested in for your party, time frame of event, and address.
