Welcome! The Resilient Maryland Bimonthly Progress Report (BPR) Portal is provided by the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) to recipients of MEA Resilient Maryland Grant Program, Area of Interest 1: Preconstruction Planning awards. Please use this online portal to submit each Bimonthly Progress Report (BPR) throughout the life of the Resilient Maryland project, including through any extension periods that are authorized by MEA. Please provide all requested information.
