ISA Continuing Education Units (CEU) Pre-Approval Request Form

Educational events HELD in OHIO must be focused on TREES to be considered for ISA CEUs (i.e. water gardening, turf grass, flowers, safe driving skills, motor vehicle training, people management, etc., DO NOT qualify for arborist CEUs.)

Complete the required fields below and upload an event outline, agenda, or registration flyer. Failure to provide all the required information will delay the CEU assignment.

The request must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. Pre-approval requests submitted less than 30 days in advance MAY BE DENIED and attendees will be required to self-report their attendance

You will receive an email upon approval that includes instructions and ISA attendance forms. Completed ISA Attendance Forms must be returned to isa@isa-arbor.com. DO NOT RETURN ATTENDANCE FORMS TO THE OHIO CHAPTER ISA.
