Exhibit Hall Dates - October 6-8, 2024

We are pleased to extend this invitation to participate as an exhibitor at the 30th Annual ALA-CASE CONFERENCE held in Orange Beach, Alabama at The Perdido Beach Resort.

Please take a few minutes to consider the benefits to you and your company if you agree to participate at this conference. Statewide ALA-CASE members numbering at almost 250 will be attending the conference. Special Education Directors from across the state are invited and this conference will afford a great opportunity for you to make new contacts in the state of Alabama.

Our Executive Board is planning a face-to-face conference. We are dedicated to making your visit with us worthwhile.

Invitation to Exhibitors

You are invited to join Special Education Directors at the ALA-CASE Conference. The ALA-CASE Conference has become the largest meeting of Special Education Directors in Alabama, and this year it will be held October 6 - 8, 2024.

We recognize the importance of your participation. The new ideas and materials that you bring will be one of the highlights of the conference. You can meet the educational leaders in Alabama, expand your network of contacts, display your products and services effectively and concentrate your marketing efforts on a receptive audience.

To ensure maximum visitation with exhibitors, special times are built into the convention program for visiting exhibits. We will recognize your company name throughout the conference.

ALA-CASE works hard to make your visit with us worthwhile! You are an extremely important part of our conference, and we want you back each year. We are proud that our conference has grown each year and we attribute much of this success to our exhibitors.

Upon receipt of your contract and payment for exhibit space, we will confirm your assignment and any other necessary information will be mailed to you immediately.

For Room Reservations: Reservations open August 1, 2024. Call the Perdido Beach Resort at (251) 981-9811 and ask for the ALA-CASE Fall Conference or book online here (Booking ID 18931). The standard rate is $189 for standard rooms/night. All room rates are subject to taxes and fees and are subject to availability. Reservations received after September 5, 2024, may not be eligible for the discounted rates. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

It is understood that the rules and regulations contained herein, and those on the official application become a part of the contract between the exhibitor and ALA-CASE. Acceptance of any exhibit application and notification to the applicant of such acceptance by ALA-CASE constitutes a contract. All points not covered in this document are subject only to the decision of ALA-CASE.

In accordance with the Rules and Regulations governing the exhibits for the ALA-CASE Annual Convention to be held in Orange Beach, Alabama October 6 - 8, 2024, the undersigned makes application for exhibit space and encloses a check to ALA-CASE for the partnership included in booth rental.

Booth rental: $500 includes one 6’ x 2.5’ table; $1000 includes two 6’ x 2.5’ tables (includes draped tables, two chairs, two badges, & wastebasket)  Electrical wireless access will be provided.  Additional badges may be purchased for $50 per person.

EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT: The undersigned hereby authorizes the Alabama Council of Administrators of Special Education (ALA-CASE) to reserve exhibit space in the Perdido Beach Resort for use by your company/organization during the 2024 ALA-CASE Fall Conference. The undersigned agrees to abide by the Exhibition Rules and Regulations and to all conditions under which exhibit space is leased and ensures that all representatives working in the space are aware of the terms, conditions, and rules pertaining to the exhibition. I have read and agree to all Exhibition Rules and Regulations.
