Agreement
If I am awarded a grant from The Lincoln-Lane Foundation, I agree to notify The Foundation of the amounts of all other financial assistance I receive in addition to the grants and loans awarded by my college.

I also agree to notify the Foundation if I cease to be a full-time student (12 hours) in good standing or if I withdraw from school before the end of a regular semester. A Lincoln-Lane Foundation recipient must maintain a 2.5 gpa with 12 credit hours.

I understand that it is my responsibility to have a college transcript sent to the Foundation from my college registrar at the end of each semester.

Procedures
Applicants will be notified by letter of the final decision of the Board of Directors in early April. The Scholarship award is tentative at that time and may be subject to change depending on other scholarship assistance and the student's need.

You must notify the Foundation of your award acceptance (by completing the form sent with your letter) by May 15.

You must sent your Financial Aid Award information from your college as soon as you receive it (usually May or June).
