Mobile Bartending Contract:
This Mobile Bartender Services Agreement (the "Agreement") between [Client's Legal Name], and CRAVEE DINER, collectively referred to as the "Parties".
1. Scope of Details
The Mobile Bartender Company agrees to provide professional bartending services for [Event Name] to be held on [Event Date] at [Event Location]. Services include the setup and arrangement of a mobile bar station, creation and service of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and adherence to responsible alcohol service practices.
2. Host Liability Laws
The Mobile Bartender Company shall adhere to host liability laws and ensure that alcohol is served only to individuals of legal drinking age and in a responsible manner.
3. Fees and Payment
In consideration of the services provided, the Client agrees to pay the Mobile Bartender Company the total sum of the selected Package and other additional services.
A non-refundable deposit of P5,000.00 is due upon signing this Agreement, and the remaining balance shall be paid in full a week before the event.
4. Cancellation/Changes Policy
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by the Mobile Bartender Company as liquidated damages.
If there are any Changes of the Event Venue,Time and Date please let us know in advance.
5. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Mobile Bartender Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the services provided under this Agreement, including claims arising from the consumption of alcoholic beverages by event attendees.
6. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this
Agreement if such delay or failure arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, or other events commonly referred to as "force majeure." In the event of such force majeure, the Party affected shall promptly notify the other Party in writing, describing the nature of the force majeure event and its anticipated duration. The performance of the affected Party's obligations shall be suspended during the period of the force majeure event. If the force majeure event continues, either
Party may choose to terminate this Agreement without penalty or liability.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
