Vendor Agreement
1. The table price is $70/table for the duration of the reunion.
2. Upon arrival, and prior to unloading, all vendors must report to the Vendor Manager or designee located at the Reunion registration table to confirm their reservation and obtain unloading and parking instructions. Any vendor without reservations will not be provide space. Prior reservation is required. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Vendor Hours of Operation are:
a. Wednesday, July 15, 2026 (Vendor set up and Sales), 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
b. Thursday, July 16, 2026, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
c. Friday, July 17, 2026, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
d. Saturday, July 18, 2026 (sales and Vendor take-down) 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
4. Vendor is paying for one 6' table. Any vendor wanting more than one table must specify number of tables in the Vendor Registration form. Vendor will be charged $70 for each additional table. Each table will be labeled with the Vendor's name. Vendors must confine their goods to their assigned table.
5. No loud noise, broadcasts, music or other media that interferes with any other vendor will be allowed at any table.
6. The Bluegrass Brigade (the Brigade) reserves the right to ban articles for sale which in its opinion are racist, sexist, offensive, derogatory in nature, conflicting with the standards of the Sons of Confederate Veterans and the Bluegrass Brigade, hotels conduct codes, policies, guidelines, or contracts, or that use alcohol or illegal drugs.
7. Outside of the Vendors hours of operation listed in #3 above, the vendor area will be locked or secured. Items stolen, missing or lost from the vendor's tables during vendor hours of operation are solely the responsibility of the Vendor.
8. If unsecured vendor space is available, and you choose to utilize that area, you as the vendor are solely responsible for any theft or damage to your set up and merchandise. You agree to hold harmless the Bluegrass Brigade, SCV, Griffin Gate Resort and Spa, and any other person on site at any time. By signing, paying for your space and submitting your agreement, you are agreeing to these terms.
9. Vendors are financially responsible for hotel damage to the facilities, tables, or other items supplied by the hotel or camp, due to the vendor's negligence or intentional misconduct, or that of the Vendor's employees or agents. Reimbursement is required upon demand when demanded by a designated hotel or Brigade representative.
10. All cancellations must be made by Friday, June 19, 2026, by email to Kentuckybluegrass2026@gmail.com. Vendors who cancel after that time, or do not arrive and set up for business by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, will not receive a refund of their fees.
11. The Brigade reserves the right to allocate space inside the vendor area to vendors. Such allocations will be determined by the Brigade's Manager or designee.
12. Vendors must respect and abide by the requests of all Brigade and Hotel officials, including event technicians. Vendors are guests and mutual respect is expected at all times
13. By completing the Vendor Registration Form, Vendor agrees to the terms and conditions stated in this Vendor agreement and in the Vendor Registration form. All vendors must have a confirmed reservation paid in full before they will be allowed to set up their vending space. This is non-negotiable.
