Performance Requirements: The Director must furnish two (2) judge’s packets consisting of original scores for each adjudicated composition with the measures numbered. Duplication of published scores is not acceptable without written permission from the copyright holder. If scores are not provided, ensembles may still perform; however, they will not be rated or considered for awards.
Performance Time: There are no specific requirements for music selection. Groups may perform 2 or 3 selections. However, the total performance must not exceed 10 minutes in length. After the performance, directors may opt-in for an onstage performance review and clinic from one of our judges. The performance and optional review must be completed within the 10-minute window.
Cost: $150 Ensemble Registration Fee and $38 per participant. The second and third ensembles registered from a group will receive $50 off registration. For every 10 students registering, we will give one free admission to use on students or chaperones if the ensemble registered early.

Fall Festival Dates: September 30th
Spring Festival Dates: December 1st
Payment Schedule: The non-refundable $150 ensemble registration fee is due within 30 days after receiving the ensemble registration invoice. This will guarantee a festival date and time. This is not a deposit and is not applied towards the participation fees. This is a non-refundable fee but may be forwarded to the following year, if needed. The festival schedule will be released at least 30 days in advance in order to give time to make bus arrangements.
Participant Counts: Each registering ensemble must have 10 or more participants. Participant and chaperone count are due 60 days before the festival date. Your students may pay the participant fee online or you will be emailed a full invoice that is due 30 days prior to the event. After the 60 day deadline, your participant totals cannot be lowered for any reason and refunds cannot be issued. However, you may add additional participants at the festival registration table with accompanying payment.
Payment Methods: Acclaim Music Festival will accept the following payment methods: credit card, check, or money orders. Checks should be made payable to: Acclaim Music Festival. We do not consider purchase orders as a form of payment. Any returned checks will incur a $20 fee.
Permission Forms: Every participant must complete an Acclaim Music Festival Permission Form and Liability Waiver. These may be completed online or original copies of these forms should be turned in at the festival. It is the director's responsibility to ensure that every participant has a completed form. Acclaim Music Festival cannot be held liable for missing student forms.
