  • EVENT DATE: November 1st, 2025 (5PM TO 8PM)

    Please be advised that this permit is only valid for this specific event.

    Vendor Spots are Extremely Limited for this event, if your business is selected to participate you will receive an email from henry.aguilar@cityofsoledad.gov confirming your participation. 

  • Please be advised of the following guidelines:
    • This is a ONE DAY event permit only.

    • All fees are Non-Refundable
    • ALL Food Vendors MUST have a valid Monterey County Health Permit.

    • You may contact Monterey County Health department at (831) 755-4500 to apply for a proper permit.

    • Vendors must provide their own equipment

    • Please be aware and plan for heavy winds.

    • No utilities will be provided by the city for outside cooking.(Please ensure you bring your own generator). Electric outlets will be available for use for booths inside of the community center.  

    • Our event will run from 5pm to 8 pm.; therefore, vendors may begin to set up at 2:30pm. You must be completely setup by 4:30pm

    • We reserve the right to censor any booth.

    • The City will assign vendor spots.

    All VENDOR registrations are due no later than October 20th by 8am. This is due to the verification of Health Permits.
     
    You are responsible for making sure you are in compliance with the Monterey County Health Department as inspectors will be on site the day of the event.

  • After submitting your vendor application, it will undergo review for 1-3 business days. If approved, you'll receive a notification via email to proceed with fee payment. Applications will be handled in the sequence they're received. Please note your Health Permit must be valid at time of applying.
