Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate the order. The remaining balance must be settled prior to the dispatch of the finished goods. You have a maximum of 10 days to complete the payment; otherwise, the order will be relisted for sale. Timely communication is essential, as I must prioritize orders to meet deadlines. Should you require additional time, please inform me in advance. This allows me to manage my schedule and focus on completing other orders.
The production of your order will commence only after the deposit is received. I will keep you updated on the progress, including sending pictures and status reports.
For expedited service (completion and delivery within 15 days), a rush fee will apply. This fee is determined based on the specifics of your order and the cost of expedited shipping, which will be in addition to standard shipping rates.
Additionally, an insured shipping fee of $10 will be added to the total order cost. This fee ensures that the package is covered by insurance, allowing me to file a claim with USPS in the event of loss.
