I, {parentsName}, hereby grant permission to Limitless Potential Tutoring Services, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "the Tutor," and its assigns and licensees, to use my image (or my child's image if applicable) in photographs and video recordings. These images may be used for educational and promotional purposes, including but not limited to, the Tutor's website, social media, marketing materials, and other publications.
Usage Terms:
I understand that my participation or my child's participation is voluntary, and I will not receive financial compensation for the use of these images.
I grant the Tutor and its assigns the right to crop, edit, and make reasonable adjustments to the images as necessary.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, videos, or promotional materials where my image or my child's image appears.
I release and discharge the Tutor and its assigns from any claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have against them arising out of the use of these images, including, but not limited to, any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
This release applies to all media now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print media, digital media, and online platforms.
Permission Duration:
I understand that this release is valid indefinitely unless I revoke it in writing and deliver it to the Tutor. The revocation will only apply to future use of the images.

I have read and understood this release form and agree to its terms. I consent to the use of my image (or my child's image) as described above.
