Refund Policy:
In order to avoid any misunderstanding, MTCC requests that you read the refund policy before you register. If it is unclear in any way please contact Mary-Ann at the office.
1. If, after you have paid your $100 deposit and you are unable to attend, your payment (less $35 admin fee) will be refunded – up till Oct. 25th. Cancellations between Oct.26 and Nov.1 will result in a refund of 50% of whats been paid. This will, however entitle you to receive the convention messages in podcast form via the MTCC website when ready, after the event. From Nov. 2 onwards, there will be no refund for cancellations. If you are concerned, see number 2 & 3.
2. For the ministry of MTCC to remain sustainable, good stewardship requires best business practice to be followed, yet at the same time we are committed to finding reasonable solutions for all concerned.
3. Full refunds can only be given in exceptional circumstances.
4. A $100 deposit is all that’s needed to confirm your booking. The balance is then due on October 25th. If for any reason the balance owing is not paid by October 25th your room could be available to those on the waiting list.
