Absent Request Form
All practices & team tumbling classes are mandatory. Summer vacations are officially closed when school is back in session after summer break. You may submit absent request forms for school graded activities, illness or any other excusable absences stated in the attendance section of the bylaws. Last minute absences that have not received approval prior to practice start time may affect your athlete's role on the team.
