1) You want our support team to book a FedEx International Heavy Freight Shipment (import or export) between 68kg's - 999kg's
2) Imports
3) Please note that filling out this form does not mean the shipment is booked. Our support team will process the order.
4) All documentation to be sent within 1 business day

If you are an individual, a food manufacturer, wanting to send a gift or primarily an importer - we aren’t yet servicing you directly.

For all other shipments, including multi-piece shipments, please book directly on https://app.tunl.to/.

Multi-Piece Shipments

We have some exciting news.

We’ve launched our **multi-piece shipment flow** on TUNL’s platform! This means you no longer need to request support to book these multi-piece shipments - you can now book them yourself directly on our platform.

Here’s how to access the multi-piece flow:

1. **Log in** and go to your dashboard.
2. On the **left side** of the screen, select **"Multi-Piece Shipment."**

Please note that we will continue booking **heavy freight shipments manually**, as our platform does not yet support them.
