How do you want to notify your nominees?
Your nomination indicates your nominees demonstrate scholastic merit and leadership ability. To participate in the Lone Star Leadership Academy, students must:
- Be in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th grade during the current school year
- Have a B (85% or 3.5) grade average or higher
- Show commitment to community or school involvement
- Demonstrate leadership ability
There is no limit to the number of students you may nominate.

Nominees' names and addresses remain confidential and are not made available to third parties.

If you have a large number of students to nominate and would like to submit the data in another format (spreadsheet, class roster, etc.), you may do so below.
