  • Dear Student,

    Application for accommodation on campus for Semester 1 of the 2026 – 2027 Academic Year is now open. The competed application form is to be submitted by Sunday, August 9, 2026, at midnight.

    Only forms bearing a Mico issued Student Identification Number will be processed.

    The standard accommodation arrangement is double occupancy, and the rate is $80,000 per person per semester. For the upcoming academic year, there will be very limited single-occupancy spaces for fourth-year females (only) at The Errol Miller Hall. The single-occupancy rate is $130,000.00 per semester

    Please note that meals are not provided as part of the accommodation arrangement. Cooking is allowed in designated common areas only, and private food services are available.

    Also, the only household appliances allowed are electric irons and fans. Shared cooking and refrigeration facilities are provided in common areas. A breach of the restrictions on home appliances will trigger immediate disciplinary action.

    Do not pay the accommodation fee or submit any proof of boarding scholarship award until you receive an email sometime after August 9, 2026, from the Office of the Vice President (Administration).

    However, please plan to pay your accommodation fee very soon after receipt of this email.
