***THERE ARE LIMITED NUMBER OF CABINS. WE HAVE RESERVED THEM FOR OUR ELDERLY & MISHPACHA WITH SPECIAL NEEDS FIRST!! THEN WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE THOSE THAT SPECIFY THEIR NEEDS BELOW. WE WILL NOTIFY THOSE INDIVIDUALS IF WE ARE ABLE TO FUFILL YOUR REQUEST***

If you are assigned a cabin: I understand that I and my family/guests will be lodging in a communal bunk style cabin that will also be shared by other guests and that I/we will have access to shared bathrooms. In some cases families will have shared area with other families & husbands and wives will be in the same cabin/lodge with other couples. I have also read the list of items to bring. (THERE ARE NO SEPERATE ROOMS)*

If I bring a concealed firearm to Sukkot 2025, I hereby assume ANY AND ALL risks and hazards it may present. I recognize serious and life-threatening injuries can occur while carrying a firearm; whether caused by passive or active negligence; whether foreseeable or not foreseeable.*
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Great Awakening International, Camp Rockefeller, Damascus, AR, each of their agents, office volunteers, and employees, from any and all claims demands, actions, liability, and/or loss which may arise from, or incurred as a result of injury or damages to persons or property, including the person and property of said Passover participants arising out of the undersigned’s carrying of a concealed weapon at Sukkot 2025 on the grounds of Camp Rockefeller, Damascus, AR*
I understand that Great Awakening International is not advocating individuals bring firearms to Sukkot 2025 and should I bear arms on ANY of the grounds in which Great Awakening International is holding events for Sukkot 2025, I will inform the Security Team of Great Awakening International upon my arrival to Sukkot 2025. Additionally, I will ensure that any firearm I bring will be locked & secured when not on my body*
