The Tortuga Society is operated and owned by Tortuga Strategies L.L.C., a Florida Limited Liability Company.

B. Information & Operational Security

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. All data provided during registration and throughout your membership will remain confidential. However, maintaining anonymity is also your responsibility. To protect your identity, we recommend the following:

• Take steps to prevent your real identity from being revealed (e.g., using pseudonyms).

By using our services, you agree to uphold these operational security standards to ensure your privacy and the privacy of others.

All services provided by Tortuga Strategies L.L.C. are subject to these operational security guidelines.

C. General Code of Conduct

As a member, you agree to the following:

1. Respect Member Privacy: Refrain from sharing personal information or group discussions outside of the community. Participation implies acceptance of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
2. Avoid Divisive Topics: Discussions on religion or object-level political disputes are discouraged. Our goal is unity and collaboration.
3. Confidentiality: Do not casually discuss the group or its members outside our network.
4. Active Participation: Contribute to discussions, resources, and shared tactical knowledge.

Failure to adhere to these standards may result in termination of membership without refund.

D. Vetting Interview & Money Back Guarantee

To ensure alignment with the group’s goals, all prospective members must complete a 15-minute video interview with Walt Bismarck. During this process, you may use an anonymous name.

Refund Policy:

• If it is determined that you are not a suitable fit for the group during the interview, your initial payment will be fully refunded.
• Once admitted to the community, all membership dues are non-refundable.

E. Indemnification Clause

By agreeing to these terms, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tortuga Strategies L.L.C., its founders, members, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the services provided by Tortuga Society.
• Any actions you take based on guidance or information obtained through the Tortuga Society.

Tortuga Strategies L.L.C. explicitly condemns violating employment contracts. We strongly advise all members to act within the bounds of their employment agreements. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from your job stacking or related activities.

F. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.
