  • Welcome to the S.W.A.T Checklist! Please read the following instructions carefully before you begin:

    Overview:

    • This checklist is here to help guide you quickly through the entire cleaning rotation. Just think of it as your first time using the S.W.A.T Checklist—doing so will give you a clear idea of what's expected. Before you start, make sure you've got all the cleaning supplies you need. If anything's running low, note it down and let us know so we can reorder it later.
    • As a reminder, if you'd like to opt out of the cleaning rotation, you can do so by sending an email to us at admin@levelupliving.co for $50/mo.

    Cleaning Supplies:

    • Gloves
    • Multi-Surface Everyday Cleaner
    • Toilet Bowl Cleaner
    • Trash Bags
    • Liquid Dish Soap 
    • Hand Soap

    Microfiber Cloth Color Key

    • Blue: Used for glass surfaces.

    • Yellow: Used for countertops and generally safe surfaces. 

    • Red/Pink: Used for tubs and areas around the floor of toilets, but not directly on dangerous surfaces.

    • Paper Towels: Used for toilets and any surfaces that require disposable cleaning materials.

    Photos

    • You will be required to upload all the photos of your cleaning with this form, and there will be a page at the end of this checklist for you to be able to upload all photos at once. So please ensure you take the necessary photos as you go through each section of the checklist.
  • Sweep and Swiffer

    • Sweep kitchen floor.
    • Swiffer kitchen floor.

    Wipe Down Surfaces

    • Wipe down countertops and tables.
    • Wipe down stovetop (use the soft side of the sponge only to avoid scratching the stovetop).
    • Wipe the plate, inside, and outside of the microwave.
    • Wipe down the inside of the refrigerator (check inside for spills that need to be wiped up).
    • Wipe down the outside of the refrigerator (check for any water stains).

    Attend to Guest Half-Bathroom and Your Assigned Bathroom

    • Clean the toilet.
    • Clean your assigned shared bathroom.

    Take Out Trash in Kitchen

    • Empty kitchen trash and replace the bag.
    • Take trash bins out to the front to be picked up.
    • Spray and rinse out the trash can if needed.
  • Additional Supplies: If you notice any supplies that are missing or need to be added to the list, please let us know by listing them below. Your feedback will help us keep the supply list updated.

  • To complete the S.W.A.T Checklist, please upload all the photos you took during the cleaning process. Make sure to include photos of the following areas and items:
