Lead time:

Average turnaround time for shipment/delivery is 1 to 10 business days.

Note that we are now selling in case of 12 units (for full sizes) and 8 units (for snack sizes).

Our assets folder is your go-to resource for social media marketing and website creation. It includes our logo and professional photography. The folder is updated monthly to ensure you have the latest materials.

• STORE IN COOL, DARK, DRY PLACE. AFTER OPENING, REMOVE EXCESS AIR AND RESEAL IN OUR RESEALABLE POUCH.
• IF PRODUCT SOFTENS OVER TIME, PUT IN FREEZER FOR A FEW HOURS TO CRISP UP.

Note: We allow mix and match across all product lines as long as the total minimum case quantity is reached.

Order processing:

Please allow us 1 to 3 business days to process your order.

Local delivery:

Our delivery times within the city is anytime between 12 to 8 PM, Monday to Friday. On a rare basis, we also offer delivery on weekends. Please let us know if you prefer a weekend delivery and we will try our best to accommodate.

Shipping:

Please be aware that the shipping cost provided is a preliminary estimate. We will contact you if any additional shipping fees are necessary for your order.

Terms and Conditions

RETURN POLICY

• All sales are final. Due to the sensitivity of freeze-dried and dehydrated products, we are unable to accept returns on any food items.  Please double-check all orders before submitting to ensure you receive the correct items and amounts needed. Once an order has left our facility, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. If you are unfamiliar with a product, please request a sample prior to ordering to make sure it meets your needs.

IN-HOUSE PROCESSING TIME

• Our in-house processing time is 1-10 business days.
• Special Orders have wide variances. Estimated 1-6 weeks.
• These lead times are estimates only.  We cannot guarantee a specific ship date but will do our best to ship orders as early as possible.  Please plan accordingly for retail events and manufacturing production runs, as we can experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

DAMAGES

• If a package is damaged in shipping, please take photos as soon as it arrives and share these with OHME! within 48 hours of receipt.  These photos will be used to file a claim with the courier company, and we will replace any product that is deemed to be damaged beyond use.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

• If you receive a product that does not meet our high-quality standards, or there is something wrong with the product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will do our best to form a solution for you as quickly as possible. Customers must receive prior authorization from OHME! in the event of a return.  Upon return, the product will be inspected by our QA department to determine if a credit/replacement is in order.

INCORRECT PRODUCT SENT

• If you receive an incorrect product due to our error, and you do not wish to keep it, we will provide you with a return shipping label to send it back. Once it is in transit, we will ship the correct product as a replacement.
