2024-2025 Membership Form

Open to all STUDENTS, TEACHERS/STAFF, PARENTS and the COMMUNITY. PTSA membership is just $10 per person per school year.

PARENTS: Don't forget to give your STUDENTS the gift of membership too! They will be eligible for exclusive member-only raffles, volunteer and leadership opportunities, graduation cords, and Senior scholarships.

MULITPLE MEMBERSHIPS can be purchased at one time. READ the instructions further below.

WRITE-A-CHECK! We've included the option to donate to our annual fundraiser at the same time you join. Super easy, and you're done! These donations make it possible for us to support FHS and its community. Options are below.

Dues are for the 2024-2025 school year, starting August 1st. All memberships must be renewed each school year. Memberships purchased prior to July 2024 were for the previous school year and do not carry over. See our website for full details about the benefits of membership: www.FriscoHighPTSA.org.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Select below the QUANTITY of Individual Regular memberships you wish to purchase. You may purchase a membership for members of your immediate family, grandparents, etc. If you wish to purchase more than four (4), please submit a second registration for the additional.
If you are a PTA LIFETIME award recipient, please select that membership. You may also purchase regular memberships for your family, etc.
If you are purchasing multiple memberships, you will be prompted to enter the ADDITIONAL MEMBERS' names.
If you would like to SPONSOR the membership(s) of FHS teacher/staff member(s), please check that box and select the quantity you would like to buy. FHS Admin will then assign those memberships(s) to staff in need. (FHS Staff should NOT use this for their memberships.)
If you would like to donate to our WRITE-A-CHECK fundraiser, enter a quantity next to the dollar amount you would like to donate. Multiples of the dollar amounts may be submitted.
Click the SUBMIT MEMBERSHIP FORM button to complete your membership.
You then will be taken to PAYPAL to pay your membership dues.
- To pay with your PayPal account, login.
- Otherwise click on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button to use Visa, MasterCard, etc.
Upon completion of your payment, you will have the option to return to this form.
You will receive two emails: one will be a copy of your membership submission and a second from PayPal confirming your payment.

FHS STAFF Membership - Individual REGULAR Membership for FHS Teachers and Staff$10.00

For FHS teachers and staff to join FHS PTSA. One submission per staff member please. However, if you would like to get additional memberships for your family who are not staff, you can add those above as REGULAR memberships.

Annual Texas PTA Lifetime Award Membership - RESTRICTED to Award Recipients ONLY$7.75

SELECT ONLY IF YOU RECEIVED A TEXAS PTA Lifetime Membership Award IN THE PAST. You will be asked to provide the name of that PTA/PTSA. DO NOT SELECT if you have not received this award. Remember you can only register one (1) Lifetime Award Membership each year. So if you are joining multiple PTAs, all others must be regular memberships.
