  • 2026 Innovator Awards Nomination Form: STEM College Innovator of the Year

    Students will be recognized for innovative STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) projects that address real world problems. Student-led projects are preferred but teacher-led initiatives will be considered if the student project is innovative and unique. The student(s) must demonstrate critical thinking, creativity, innovation, and problem solving. Any construction, data logging and summarizing must have been completed by the student(s). The winner will demonstrate potential for success through leadership and learning.

  • TERMS

    • Nominees must be actively attending a post-secondary institution (college, university or training institution) in Washington State or have graduated from one during the 2024-25 year.
    • Nominees must be originally from Adams, Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, or Okanogan counties. 
    • Individuals or teams of students may be nominated. Students can nominate themselves.
    • All qualified nominees will be recognized through NCW Tech Alliance media channels.
    • The top three finalists will be showcased and recognized at the Innovator Awards Luncheon on Tuesday November 3, 2026. The winner will be announced live at the event and will receieve a scholarship award. All nominees are encouraged to attend.
