In compliance with USAG SafeSport policies, participating clubs, athletes and athlete guardians should understand that this USA Gymnastics sanctioned event is being recorded by contracted, local, regional and/or national media partners. Athletes [or if athletes are under eighteen (18) years of age, a parent/guardian] must grant permission for the competition, in any and all formats or media, whether known or hereinafter to be discovered or developed, to record, live stream or photograph the above-named athletes.If you have any questions along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out: elevate@knighteady.com. Each athlete only needs to complete the form once even if they are competing at multiple Elevate the Stage locations.
